1. Sign-in in blogger 
2. To the Dashboard page chose Layout > edited HTML click Download Full Template 
3. Afterwards will have the window of Pop up Opening Template and click OK

Different Navbar Style

As default, Navigaton Bar on Blogger have blue color, but if you want different style, you can change the navigation bar color. There are four color, blue, tan, black and silver.

First you must login to the blogger and in the dashboard page chose Layout
When you in the Layout page, click Edit on the Navbar side
After that Navbar Configuration window will appear, and you can choose one Navbar style
The last one, click Save Changes
